Omg, I had the best meal i've had all year. I feel like if I had known how good this place was - I would have been a regular the past 20 years. We got the crab. Do it! I'm at a loss for words. Also, they had the best server I've ever had. She's amazing.

Ordered take out here last Friday with the team at work! We were craving garlic noodles and the place that we wanted to order from does not deliver this far. So, we found Le Soleil, a restaurant that has plenty of Vietnamese flavors from imperial rolls, pho, garlic noodles, seafood, claypots, salads & crepes. I chose the garlic noodles with five spice chicken which consists of egg noodles, garlic and scallions. Chicken was plentiful & flavorful! I prefer my noodles a bit more garlicy and tossed better. The noodles here was more clumpy. I also ordered the imperial rolls which consists of pork, mushrooms, and carrots with a side of thin rice noodles. I would come back to either dine in or take out!

Nothing about this place would immediately draw your attention--it's an unassuming storefront in the Richmond with a relatively small, one room seating area. But the modest exterior is hiding some pretty bomb food. Shaken beef: The beef was so tender that our 2 year old who refuses to chew meat devoured it. The beef to onion ratio was a little heavy on the onions though. Lotus root salad: Not something I would've normally thought to order but it was highly recommended and lived up to the hype. The nuoc mam dressing was so good! Another thing our toddler wouldn't normally eat but asked "I need more please" of. And last but def the best--curry crab. Definitely get the garlic bread, which was good enough by itself, but amazing to soak up all the delicious curry. A few other things we ordered that weren't as noteworthy: tofu and eggplant, garlic noodles (both ok but nothing to write home about), and duck fried rice (kinda overly greasy and the duck was more gamey than usual).

Came with 3 friends for lunch. Everything was delicious! We ordered the Imperial rolls, clay pot with rice, garlic noodles with beef, and traditional phò. Good service. Street parking. Nice ambience. We've been here before and would recommend this place!
